At Les Alpins, Marielle is in the kitchen. His cuisine resembles him: sunny, authentic and without manners. Cooked with fresh products, according to the inspiration of the day, the dishes of the Alpins follow the seasons: au gratin dauphinois with mushrooms in autumn, paved with deer and morels in the winter, are some of the dishes that you can be served at Les Alpins .

The boss’s cellar :
The cellar is Jean-Philippe who takes care of it. Here, the wines that are served are his favorites, in keeping with the cuisine of Marielle, of course! We do not have a ready-made list of anonymous wines: you will only find bottles tasted by the owner, from the Lubéron and Hautes-Alpes regions.
Our favorite: the red Luberon coast of the Canorgue area.
